Lucia is an excellent host. She communicated promptly, answering all questions prior to our arrival. She met us and explained everything and was readily available to assist should we have any problems, which we didn't. The apartment is spacious, exceptionally clean, and has most facilities one requires.l The sea view from the balcony is a bonus. There is a swimming pool but no sun loungers, unfortunately. Lucia has deck chairs suitable for the beach in the apartment. Location to the beach front and Marina is approximately 5 minutes to walk and approximately 20 minutes to Old Town Estepona which is an absolute must to visit. The restaurants at the marina are fantastic as are the restaurants in the Old Town. It's a beautiful place.
