The hotel was really excellent. The room was comfortable, decor was modern and clean, breakfast delicious, location superb and ideal for visiting the Christmas market. Close to all the amenities including the bus stop to take us directly back to the airport.

The property is well located close to the town center. We had very nice rooms with beautiful views to the town and old castle. The staff in general is the value of the hotel, to mention reception, cleaning and breakfast team, always friendly and welcoming. The Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food and beverages for everyone including gluten free and vegetarian. It would have been nice to have a fried egg or omelette specially if you stay longer to increase the choice.

The best breakfast ever with the widest choice; a huge comfortable room with a coffee machine, a fridge, a great and big bed; superb bathroom. The small gym had very good machines and an amazing view. The old town is right at the corner of the hotel.

My husband and I only had 3 days to relax and recover... and the Sauna and Hammam in the 5th floor really made our stay a perfect holiday, for a very reasonable price. All of the staff was incredibly friendly, and we even got upgraded to a better room towards the 'Altstadt'. Whenever we need a break from family in future, we'll come again !

Room was tidy and well furnished. Beds were very comfy. Views from room were nice, showing some historic place and a bit of city. Breakfast was great, tasty and fresh. Dining place is situated at ground floor with lovely glazed wall showing the castle nearby. Defo recommended for short and long stays.
