“I was scammed paid for a room and y’all sold my room due to flight cancellations”

I actuanever checked in they told me when I arrived my card was delicned and my reservation wasn’t save I then asked if I could pay cash they told me they were fully booked due to flight cancellations I asked him why did I receive a call or email he said a phone number wasn’t on file which wasn’t true because I had to put my number in when I booked the room then after I asked to speak to a manger and and why if he couldn’t call would he email me then I get an email saying my card was declined but when I booked my room it said my room was booked and sent me a confirmation email so now I’m beginning to think I was scammed because y’all are send me how was my stay as if I stayed at the hotel when I did I never checked in

There was a free shuttle from the airport. The bed was comfortable.
