Good location (near metro, central station and inner city) Bathroom is a seperate room - many modern styles hotels tend to divide the bed and toilet only by a curtain or a glass wall, luckily, this hotel did not do that.

Hotel was clean overall, staff was helpful, and the room was in great condition. Location of the hotel is great, 12 mins by foot from the central station.

Nice design, superb breakfast. Right next to the U-bahn station. Very clean also, and the room is actually soundproof.

A superb hotel. The rooms are clean, very modern and spacious. The beds are probably the comfiest I've ever slept on! The breakfast provided was good and had so much choice. Staff were professional and friendly throughout. And the hotel is very well connected to Essen Hbf, either one tram stop or a 10 minute walk away. Very good value and would definitely book again if I'm in Essen.

I usually do not leave opinions, because in most cases the assessment of the stay depends on the price of the stay, the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of customer service and it is always a compromise. However, this time I will make an exception. The hotel turned out to be helpful after booking was unable to help me find accommodation after a canceled reservation due to an error in their system. After spending an unproductive 4 hours on the phone with the booking service, I managed to organize a stay in this hotel on my own. The hotel is located in the center, I had no problem with parking, the room is aesthetic, clean, of a good standard. And the receptionist named Yeniyapan turned out to be helpful.
