The staff were friendly and welcoming, which greatly enhanced my stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the city center is a significant advantage, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area on foot.

I love the staff. They are so friendly. As a solo traveller I can appreciate a small conversation and they are so helpful. Also the restaurant offers a great selection of healthy and delicious food and is comfortable to sit at as a table of one. It's my favourite place to stay when I travel to Essen for Business.

The room was spacy and the bed very comfortable. There was a bottle of water and a pod coffee maker in the room and the option to order room service or eat in the restaurant. The bathroom had a large shower and amenities.

The room was incredible as was the view. the staff were amazing especially boris and all his colleagues! They were super friendly and eager to help with anything i needed. I was there for medical treatment and at times very very sick and they were so thoughtful and helpful, i appreciated it immensely! They also are currently storing my luggage in their storage room before i return there. The bar staff and food stuff were great too, as was the quality of the foods and drinks! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
