Stayed here to visit the Christmas market which was only a 10 minute walk. Staff were great and enough facilities to make our stay comfortable. Huge rooms and comfy beds, decent food and choice of drinks. Car park under the hotel but it's very tight so I wouldn't suggest using it if you have a large car. There's a multistorey car park opposite as well so no issues with finding a place to park nearby.

The breakfast room was airy, spacious, clean and the breakfast was just right for us. We loved the variety of cheeses and other things that were offered for the breakfast. We were on the 6th floor, super view, quiet. The room was really large and good value for the price. And the shower had excellent pressure. Coffee/ tea facilities and a fridge were also present in the room .

breakfast was good and diverse. beds were very confortable and location was very accessable via public transportation. the spiel messe game rooms were a nice touch. the staff helped me with getting menstural products and bandages during the stay.

I liked the fact that room was very spacious for a family of 4 - studio size. Also had a little kitchenette (fridge, microwave, cutlery and plates) which was very handy. You rarely find this anywhere. Breakfast had good varieties so we liked it a lot, kids enjoyed it. Oh, it was right next to the big shopping mall!!! That was the highlight for me, easy access to nearby cities as well.
