The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and you can't beat the location. Close to the beach and close to the main shopping/tourist area in the Medina.

The suite was clean and spacious, we found water and nuts at arrival and the staff was very kind. The lights in the room were a bit dark but overall a great experience and the rooftop terrace and breakfast area are both beautiful in terms of design and facilities. The breakfast was good, although I'd have loved some real moroccan bread instead of baguette. If you're keen to leave the window open be aware there might be a bit of noise, but tolerable.

We stayed as a family occupying the Deluxe Suite and Junior Suite of Le Palazzo for 2 nights in late March 2025. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated with lovely high ceilings. We all slept really well: the rooms were quiet even though Le Palazzo is well situated within the old town. The staff were friendly, welcoming and super-helpful: organising a transfer back to Marrakech airport for us (2hrs 30 mins). Breakfast was great and we ate an evening meal and lunch on the rooftop terrace which was very nice. Would recommend KSOU restaurant next door as well for delicious authentic food beyond the usual tagines etc.

Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and delicious restaurant. The rooms are big, calm and beautifully decorated. Best rooftop in Essaouira. We have stayed here before and will be back again.

Location, room, restaurant and rooftop. Also we changed 5 hotels during our stay in Marroco and this was the only one who was heating the room! Which was great :)

Great breakfast and comfortable hotel altogether. The staff is very friendly and there is a great rooftop bar for relaxing evenings. The old city centre is just down the stairs and everything is within walking distance.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, the venue itself was stunning and you can tell alot of effort has gone into the interiors and the feel of the place, it was very calming. Food was excellent, great location and views from the rooftop. They went above and beyond on the little details and the room was immaculate.
