Wonderful couple of nights in La Fontaine Bleue. From start to finish it was such a lovely experience. Every staff member so helpful and friendly, spotless comfy room, fab breakfast on the roof, perfect location, gorgeous views. I could go on. Will deffo stay here if I'm lucky enough to go back to Essaouira. Thank you! ❤️

The atmosphere was calm and stress free, the staff were wonderful - polite and helpful, the decor enhanced this old, Moroccan Riad, with sumptuous cushions, seating, tiles and pottery sinks in the bathroom. Breakfast on the roof terrace provided us with views out o sea and across the rooftops and the food was delicious and home made. We loved the central courtyard, which provided a cool, relaxed place within the heart of the property and when you looked up you could watch the seagulls soaring above.

The staff were excellent. We had a lovely welcome with the whole Medina explained. The roof terrace was lovely with an excellent sea view and breakfast. We also liked being greeted by the Riad cat Mimi. Roof terrace was open until midnight and alcohol is served (only 5 eur for a Casablanca). We would stay again.
