Really clean and looks like its totally new. Lot of space in the apartment and very cozy design. The terrace was really nice, though its open only until 5pm. Parking is possible right in front of the building.

The apartment was nicely decorated, everything was super clean, the host and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooftop space was also nice. Best location to stay in everything was in walking distance and really nice restaurants nearby (Gusto and La Couple)

These apartments are completely new. Well furnished, the hosts Said and his family are wonderful people and always took great care of us. We were a big group, we rented almost all their apartments and stayed for a week. The location is outside the city center (the medina), we had a few people stay there as we didnt fit all in these apartments, and here it was much better. The medina hotels all had little light and humidity. The insonorization could be a little better, but I think for Essaouira this was a top stay.
