On the Gr221 route so ideal. The rooms were clean. The evening meal was superb. However the breakfast was less than average. Needs to do more as you have no alternative but to take breakfast

This is a unique old building close to the heart of Esporles. I assume each room is somewhat difference, but the entire place was clean and well organised, the bed was comfortable and a good shower. A choice of 3 breakfasts was included and served outside on the terrace with views to the hills.

Beautiful building and amazing rooms on lower ground floor. We had both rooms for a family and they work great for that. Was like a 2 bedroom suite. Great location too.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Mallorca for work and decided to extend my stay by a few extra days. I couldn't be happier with my choice to stay in this beautiful corner of the island. The location is conveniently reachable from the university with just a short bus ride. From the moment I arrived in Esporles, I was captivated by its charm. The tree-lined streets and the lively yet relaxed atmosphere of the town center were a refreshing change from the bustling heat of Palma. The staff at my accommodation were incredibly friendly and patient, especially with my rusty Spanish, which I hadn't practiced much since learning it 18 years ago. The rooms and common areas were stunning, exuding an authentic, rustic charm. My work allowed me to visit several farms in Mallorca, and I noticed some delightful similarities between rural buildings and this lodging. I also appreciated the eco-friendly approach to housekeeping. They didn't clean my room daily, which was a relief since I dislike the wastefulness of daily towel changes. The breakfast provided was excellent and substantial enough to sustain me for the rest of the day, even during my 8km+ hikes. I had booked this place as a writing and working retreat, and it was perfect. The serene environment helped me maintain focus, the desk in the room was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for my online calls. During breaks, I enjoyed hiking parts of the GR221 trail. I managed to explore stage 3, the 'Camí des Correu' from Banyalbufar to Esporles, and stage 4 to Valldemossa. Despite the hot weather in Mallorca, you don't need to be too afraid of hiking, at least to Banyalbufar, as many of the trails are shaded by trees, making them much cooler and more refreshing than expected. Still, make sure to take enough water with you. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend it for anyone seeking a tranquil and environmentally-conscious retreat. Thank you :-)

We only stopped one night as we were doing the GR221 the hosts were really nice people. Breakfast was nice and early and was very well presented. Fruit, small croissants, bread, jam and coffee, they even wrapped it up for our travels.

Our stop for the night while walking the GR221. Spacious room with attached smaller room that had a sofa. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was fantastic and very generous. The hostal had a lovely back patio with tables and chairs for your use. We also had dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was wonderful. This was a great place to stay!
