The swimming pool was warm and it was very spacious. The breakfast had a pancakes machine perfect for kids. The room was spacious as well. The kids play room was great with so many toys, and they have a lot of activities outside. And the live music is good.

We had an amazing check in with the most professional and hospitable Daniel at the Front desk. My children enjoyed the heated pools and gym. We loved this beautiful hotel which is perfectly located near the beach. The bath tubs on the third floor may need some renovations. The continental breakfast buffet was perfect, we will definitely return. All the staff were very friendly.

My room had a faulty aircon and the hotel immediately transferred us to another room and gave us a fruit platter and apology. When I did not enjoy the foot massage, the spa manager offered me another at no cost. This is what one expects from 5 star facilites yet is not normal in Portugal. We were very well treated

Only one night unfortunately so could not use spa facilities but location is excellent. Easy to get to Porto. Highly recommend.
