Cozy town to travel to different directions (Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Aveiro) and relax after returning every evening. Great location of the hotel right on the ocean. The room was comfortable for me. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant every morning and table setting, done with special care. Special thanks to the owners and staff. These people love what they do and love their guests. I'm really grateful to you all. And once again I will thank the son of the owner, who did me a very valuable favor, getting a ticket to an international football match, although it wasn't easy. If I'm in this area again, I know where to stay.

Ideal location with a spectacular view. It was also good value for money. The staff were so helpful and a lovely family feel about the place, we loved it.

The Guest House was located just across the road from, and directly facing the extensive Espinho beach, and within easy walking distance of the train station and the town centre - approx 10 minutes walk along the promenade which runs for several km along the resort sea front.. The location was in a quieter part of Espinho but there were plenty of restaurants, bars and beach bars near the guest house and on the walk into the main part of the resort. The Zagalo restaurant was part of the A&z facility and was where breakfast was provided. It was also an excellent restaurant for evening dining with a good selection of fresh sea food. Our room had a very nice balcony and faced directly on to the beach. The room was spotlessly clean. All of the staff at A&z were really friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay there.

This was my second visit to this property. This time we were located in a different building which was older but it was clean and comfortable. The location beside the beach is perfect. Breakfast was very good.

Location and the excellent customer service by Gonsalves (I think that was his name). Breakfast was also good. Not a big range but more than adequate and fresh.

It was right next to the beach and the ocean. Also the train station and supermarket were nearby. We had hotel breakfast and they were amazing, huge reach of food to select. The stuff gave us some tips for trips with hints how to get there.
