The fine print
Please note the published rates for half board stays on 24 and 25 December include a mandatory fee for the meals held on those days. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.Please note that the spa carries a suplement of 24€ for adults and 8€ for children.Please note that children are allowed to use the Spa always accompanied by an adult in certain hours of the days, request more information in the front desk. Each Tuesday, from 4pm until 7 pm, the water circuit is closed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - Mayte in particular was excellent - helping us to change our room, book a mushing trip with my young son, and visit the spa. Emmanuel was also very kind and showed excellent customer service - Desiree was nice. The spa was alright and the location of the hotel is excellent.

Breakfast very diverse. The hotel is already old, but you can see that when it was built it was very good. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Room for 3 was good, and bathroom facilities excellent. Location close to the town centre and restaurants was superb. Car parking services also very good.

Even though the garage was full you can find places on the other two parking’s near by. The location is super and they have a good breakfast.

Everything was excellent, from the effortless check-in with an unexpected and super refreshing cava after a long journey, to the attention to detail through the stay (got a phone call the first day to make sure everything was good, and the room has the best illy coffee machine we ever had in a hotel - my husband wants to replace our one at home now!) to great ski advice, and a thoughtful goody bag with some water and sweets whilst checking out, which one super handy on our transfer to the airport. Fantastic location, lovely staff and great facilities and amenities for a top 4 star hotel.

Amidst the misguided ravings of others who review uncritically before an unearned 10 is awarded, this is a seriously good property. Apart from one disappointment (see below) the staff were excellent throughout in all capacities. The room size after my rabbit hutch in Barcelona was very good, and the facilities were good. All those extras - comfortable furniture to sit on, bedside lamps that were close, had the right light (not like a Stalag searchlight) etc - were there. Location is tops, the breakfasts were wide ranging and good quality, even if table clearance whilst eating was a little slow. Nothing was too much trouble, except for a few staff for whom life lacked a little joy, offset by the excellent efforts of the others.

Very friendly lady at reception. The room was great, had everything we needed. The location is great, with shops near by and places to eat and drink.
