Fabulous Hotel!! We were all-inclusive, the food was lovely with lots of choice. The room could have been a little bigger but were clean and comfortable and well worth the extra for a sea view, stunning! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was ideally placed right on the beach but at the end on a headland so quiet location. The biggest compliment I can give is when there are minor problems and how the hotel react to them. Our TV didn't work and it was fixed immediately. Our Booking.com deal for a deluxe sea-view room included bathrobes and slippers which weren't in our room, the hotel hadn't done this for 12 months so the Booking.com info was out-of-date but they still provided them!

On the positive side, the location was quite convenient. It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport for just about 4 euros using public transport. Additionally, there were a couple of amazing beaches and scenic spots nearby, perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. I particularly appreciated the Halloween decorations, which added a fun and pleasant touch to the overall experience.

Beautiful hotel in Es Cana. 3 lovely pools and a splash pool for little ones. We stayed self-catering but were put in room only. We had no facilities for cooking. We only had two adjoining rooms, which were well decorated, big and clean. We didn't eat at the hotel, but there's some great little gems around the area.

The hotel is definitely meant for family vacations. There was a very big buffet every day, even with motto-dinners and different cuisines from all over the world, ensuring a good dinner to every possible taste. The swimming pool is nice and the rooms are very spacious. Staff is international and ready to accommodate every request. The nearby beach is a couple steps away and the sea is very neat - there are plenty of bars and there is the option to reserve umbrellas and sunbeds there directly (around €14 for both for a day).
