best hotel during my 1,5month voyage through this country! -helpful staff -clean room -they speak english -you can make a laundry as they say here -they even have a polish book in the lobby

The hotel is located near (walking distance) the main attractions of the city, the hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help, a place to park the car was found very quickly (Including escorting our car through one-way streets of the city when our navigator failed)

Friendly staff. Warm, cozy room in terrible weather. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice. Great location, close to the castle. Overall fantastic value for money

Loved the hospitality. We felt welcomed right in front from the great receptionist. He organized us a bus to hopa right away. The location is perfect: close to the beautiful castle and city but quiet as well. A shame we didn't spent more time since we were just passing by.
