Clean,quiet ,comfortable ,peaceful ,and had everything we needed. Within east reach of Dundee by car for leisure or to visit friends and family.

Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming. Very dog friendly and the area was quiet and relaxing! Errol was a lovely little town with a nice walk very nearby.

The property was of very high quality. We booked 2 rooms which were very well kitted out with kitchen facilities, a sitting room and to as well as a bedroom and separate bathroom facilities. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend.

Very Friendly owner and staff, had a very late arrival and the owner responded quickley to my messages and accomodated my request. The room provided an excelent standard of accomodation along with some free supplies of coffee and tea. kitchenette is small but adequately fitted with all the gadgets and cooking utencils if you want to cook yourself. The shower was powerful and lots of hot water was available. The beautiful garden provided a very country feel and an oportunity to relax and unwind. The location is ideal for exploring the local countryside and local historic sites. it is very close to the city for an excelent range of restaurants and activities.
