The location is perfect; it is situated beside Erlangen Arcaden, making it centrally located. Mary, who was at the reception, was very kind and super helpful.

The receptionist Mery was an absolute gem to work with. I asked for an early check-in since I was arriving on an international flight. The response was quick and was glad the hotel was able to make the accommodation. The rooms were clean and quaint, quiet and hotel easily accessible.
