It's a very nice location. Easy parking. It is comfortable and the owner makes you feel right at home. Which it really is. The shared kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including a washing machine. A shared living area offers beautiful views of the ocean.

Olivia was very welcoming and provided extras such as tea and coffee and use of the kitchen and livingroom during our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a private bathroom just across the hall. Lovely decor and a view of the sea from the window. A 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area of Ericeira. Perfect location for a peaceful stay.

The location was fantastic, about a 15-20 minute walk from everything you will need in Ericeira. The room was very comfortable, the continental breakfast delicious and above expectations. Olivia was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating.

Our stay at Olivia's place in Ericeira was absolutely wonderful! This beautiful, stylish, and peaceful accommodation was amazing almost like a family visit. Olivia is an exceptional host who welcomed us with open arms and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Every morning, we eagerly looked forward to her homemade breakfasts, which were not only tasty but also prepared with love and care. The atmosphere of the accommodation was simply enchanting – nicely decorated, so the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Thanks to Olivia, we felt right at home, and our stay in Ericeira was unforgettable. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish place with an amazing host and delightful breakfasts. Thank you, Olivia, for a wonderful experience!

Very good location, good size bedroom with on-suite and work desk. Comfy bed and powerful shower. Nice balcony with sea view (faces northwest so no direct sun until the afternoon). Easy and free parking around the property. Olivia was very nice and helpful in all the interactions with her.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Ericeira! Spacious suite with balcony and ocean view. Private spacious bathroom, Parking across the street. Guests can use kitchen and living room with TV. The owner, Olivia, is very kind and always ready help with anything. Beech, restaurants and shopping nearby.

Olivia was very welcoming and shared her knowledge about Ericeira and the surroundings. Great tips and guidance on restaurants, cafés, surf class and rentals etc. Also great location, a short walk outside the city centre and with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Parking wasn’t included but it was easy to find spots nearby in the neighbourhood. Close to world class surf spots (which was the purpose of my trip).
