I am super stress in Lisbon and I wanted a peaceful place for my New Year. Happy to discovery Ericeira. It is a small and cute town close to Lisbon. And, the hostel is nice, organized and clean. The staff are super. I recommend the place.

It is a simple accommodation with extremely friendly staff. We had a wonderful time there :) Location is alright as in everything in Ericeira is in walking distance. It is close to a bigger street though so you can hear traffic here and there, which was not really a problem for us.

The staff at Amar is very friendly and welcoming. Smooth and quick check-in. The room was very bright, clean, spatious, plenty of storrage space and the windows had blinds that allowed us to make it totally dark, when we needed a few extra zzzs after sunrise. The location is minutes from the town's center.

Travelled with a child. The room was clean and spacious enough for comfort. The garden is a real highlight—safe, beautiful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for children. I also loved how relaxed and easy it was to cook in the shared kitchen; it felt like being at home. The location is fantastic, and the atmosphere is incredibly calming—this is definitely a place you can call your "home away from home." The staff were all friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed vibe. Loved how trash was sorted and all bins were clearly marked.

Very well equipped hostel with nice summerish ambience in the center of ericeira. Very close to the beach area and shopping stops. Our receptionist Michelle was very good informed and helpful. Also very sweet as a person. Other staff members too! Place is noise free and very friendly.

Very big, clean and furnished kitchen and nice garden. The common areas are very chill. It’s good if you are not looking for a party hostel but want to have quiet nights.

Everything. Very big and nice cosy house, big and spacious green area at the front, with hammocks and beanbags to chill and rest under the trees. If u are a surfer, is VERY close distance walking or busing, to a couple of the best surf spots in the world (oct nov dec waves season). Stunning views around the cliffs and a lots of nice spots to wacht the sunset. Shared room was super nice, cosy and enjoyable to sleep and rest properly. Augusto is a legend, always there for you to make sure nothing is missing. The whole house is nicely decorated and really feels to be at home all time. Always clean and tidy.
