The host María really cared about everyone and about the atmosphere in the hostel. The vibe is really nice, all the people there were friendly and there are almost no extra charges (f.e. I was there when it was colder and blankets in the common area were provided)

Maria (the owner) is honestly the best human I have ever met. She is suuuuch a gem and will make you feel at one within a minute.

This small surf hostel is exactly what you need! The beds are super comfy and well shielded, it has spacious lockers, the couch downstairs is very soft and the kitchen well equipped and well organized. Maria, the host, is the nicest and warmest person I've ever met. She is young and sweet with major mom energy. She's happy to help you with anything. I liked how small the hostel was, meaning you got to meet with everyone staying there and assuring you'd be incuded in at least somebody's social activities. Maria also organizes dinners with all guests, which is very fun and good to get to know each other. There's also enough space to put surfboards and wetsuits, and the place is never sandy or otherwise dirty. A great week, I will be back!

Maria was super nice and clear about everything. She even showed us cheap spots to eat and to rent surfboards. everything was clean, comfortable and the hostel was perfectly located. Very close to the beaches (perfect for surfing and or relaxing) and close to the city center as well. We met wonderful people and it was overall an unforgettable experience!!!
