Sofia “Spacious and recently renovated stay in a medieval town”

The place is located in a quiet street of Erice, a medieval town on top of a hill overlooking Trapani. The views from Erice are superb, and there are plenty of great restaurant options nearby. The house has been recently renovated, is very clean, with a full kitchen and wash machine. We were there in October, and it was pretty chilly outside but the house had heating and we were very comfortable inside. There are a full bathroom and a half bathroom. Our host was very helpful and we had a great stay overall.

The photos do not do this accommodation justice. Sergio is very welcoming, speaks various languages and personally helped us with parking our car. We appreciated his recommendations of where to visit and where to eat. The washing machine was necessary and detergent plus clothes line was provided. We hope to return one day. Erice was more than we expected.

What can I say? This place is truly unique & utterly beautiful & I would recommend a stay here in a heartbeat. Sergio, the host of this property, is an absolute gem too & could not have been more helpful...even going so far as giving us a map, with written recommendations of local restaurants, the best viewpoints etc etc. In conclusion, if you're wanting an Erice break, this property is the one!

Sergio, the owner is a very kind man, waiting for us with a bottle of wine, fruits and many useful information about the village and the area. The view from Erice is extraordinary, as well the medieval architecture and the stone roads. A must visit destination! Thanks for all Sergio!

Sergio is a very kind and attentive host. He was available to us the whole time. The place itself used to be for a blacksmith. It’s renovated, clean and very welcoming. It’s situated close to the heart of Erice, which means close to the centre on one hand and super quiet. Erice itself is an absolute beauty with great restaurants.

Located in the heart of Erice, Santa Teresa is a gem. Beautifully renovated and maintained. Sergio made us feel at home right away, he gave us the essential info as well as some historical background on the place and some bonus tips on where to eat and drink in the surrounding areas.
