Breakfast was very good value for money as was the accommodation. Situated a little way out of city but trams ran every 5mins. Excellent hosts and friendly and helpful. A good choice

The room was cozy and naturally air-conditioned, which I very much appreciated. The building is old, but that adds to its charm. Breakfast was available for a fee. The housekeeping lady made us all feel at home—she was a friendly, chatty, and energetic young woman. The location was great - close to the univerisity and city center. Both easily reachable by foot or tramp.
