Private parking is available in the hotel's underground garage for an additional fee (maximum vehicle height of 175 cm). Simply ring the bell outside to open the garage door.Reservations are recommended for the restaurant.Please note that the entrance of the hotel is at Weitergasse 26. Guests using satellite navigation are advised to enter "Marstallstraße", which connects to Barfüßerstr- and then take a right into the Weitergasse.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Everything is great about this hotel: location, staff, facility, rooms, food. It is great value for what you pay. In particular the staff are so attentive and helpful and make you feel special. They go out of their way for you. The room sizes are big by European standards and well laid out. And you didn't lack for any amenities. I was so pleased with this hotel and it's been the highlight of my trip so far - as has Erfurt which is a fabulous town.

Although I was a bit shocked by the exterior when I arrived at the destination, once you get inside, it is very beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant. Regarding breakfast, I had some concerns. Being a smaller space, it was divided into three slots, and clearly, the middle slot was the most crowded. But in the end, it was well organized, and I didn't encounter any problems on any day.

All was great apart from the fact that the lift only went to 3rd floor (we were on the 4th). There is no kettle in the room but we got one courtesy of the staff (we had a cold).

The location in the centar,the staff from the reception was very polite especially the waitress from the restaurant who was from Sweden was very communicative and polite.There is a parking garage down in the hotel,an elevator and very nice garden where you can drink the coffee in nice surrounding.The room was very comfortable,big enough and has everything what you need for your stay.Nice breakfast.
