Extraordinarily friendly and helpful personnel. Very good service and I felt like home.The first 4 nights I have spent in a luxury double room which was perfect. Cosy and bright, a lot of space. Coffee and tea any time available in the room and lobby.

The location is at the very center of Erbil, just 800m away from the citadel. The room is excellent, with bottled water and refridgerator. I like the breakfast that offers a variety of food. The managers Bilal and Barzan are very caring for the guests and willing to answer any questions.

The rooms have everything you need - a fridge with water, a kettle, tea and coffee, working WiFi. Staff were also very accommodating. Breakfast was great, lots of options. It was also great value for money compared to other hotels we booked in Iraqi Kurdistan. We actually stayed here twice, at the beginning and at the end of our trip, both stays were perfect.

The hotel has really exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, walking distance to the city centre. The staff is simply amazing. A massive thanks to the reception team: Mohammed for being super kind and going the extra miles and helping out with info for navigating the city. Thanks also to Barzan for organising my transfers to/from the airport at crazy times 😊 Same politeness received from the breakfast staff and housekeeping team (sorry if I did not catch the names). Breakfast 10/10 plenty of choices (perfect also for vegan). Internet works perfect and great room’s amenities. Honestly highly recommend the hotel! Hope to visit it again soon.

I recently stayed 5 nights at this hotel with my family in a family room, and our experience was very positive. The staff were outstanding, especially Mohammed at the reception, who was always helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide what we needed, even outside the usual room service hours, which was highly appreciated. The breakfast was simple but good, offering just enough to start the day right. The gentleman managing the parking area was also a standout—always helpful and smiling every day, which made us feel very welcome. The room itself, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, right in the center, which made it very convenient to access key attractions and amenities. Additionally, the stay was great value for money, offering quality service and facilities at a reasonable price. Overall, this hotel offers a great experience for families, with exceptional staff, a central location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and stay again in the future!

Very good location, close to the airport. We arrived very early in the morning, the receptionist was super friendly and arranged a room in a minute. The exchange rate in the hotel is the same as everywhere in the city. The breakfast could not be better and included all possible dishes, like eggs, minced meat, fruit and vegetables, sweets etc. Overall the experience was very pleasant and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
