Bristoria Hotel - Pleasant Stay My stay at Bristoria Hotel in Erbil was an outstanding experience, marred only slightly by its location. The first thing that stands out about Bristoria Hotel is their commitment to service. Upon arrival, we faced a minor hiccup - my partner and I were mistakenly assigned a room with three beds. However, the staff rectified the error promptly and efficiently. In a matter of minutes, we were relocated to a double-bed room, an upgrade from our original booking. Moreover, this new room featured a balcony which added a beautiful touch to our stay. The prompt service and complimentary upgrade left a lasting impression, demonstrating the hotel's dedication to customer satisfaction. The room itself was meticulously maintained. Clean and comfortable, it provided an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring Erbil. The balcony added a charming touch, allowing us a view of the cityscape in the quiet of the night.
