Staff.... damn good especially Phiona (Manager) was quite forthcoming and approachable and that goes with the rest of the staff too.. Location.... Next to Lake

The staff are very kind, helpful and available when you need them. The food was really delicious. I recommend during your stay to eat fresh fish. We enjoyed. The chef prepared it went.

We recently stayed at Victoria Rock Resort in Entebbe and had an incredible experience. The highlight was definitely enjoying breakfast served right on the edge of Lake Victoria, offering breathtaking views of the water. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had a direct view of the lake, which is just across the road – such a serene and peaceful setting. The staff were outstanding – incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to the manager, Phionah, who graciously offered us a late check-out at no extra charge. This level of customer service truly made a difference. The food was delicious and great value for money, and the resort's location is perfect. It's just a short stroll to Victoria Shopping Mall, adding to the convenience. Overall, this is a magnificent hotel that ticks all the boxes – comfort, service, and value for money. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Entebbe.

Lake Victoria view ın the morning is breathtaking. Victoria Mall is on walking distance. Food is great. Very friendly staff, hotel manager Phiona, and Allen, Constance, Blessing were my best friends during my stay.

The reception and staff were excellent and very attentive. They provided amazing customer service and were very ready to resolve any issues or help guests in any way. They have a lakefront property so you can eat breakfast/lunch/dinner directly on the lake if you prefer. The view is fantastic. The location was close walking distance to everything from entertainment to other restaurants and attractions.

Was on the shores of lake Victoria,a quiet area,staff were nice but led to believe by booking.com was 5 stars,no pool or amenities but perfect location
