We loved the garden with wild monkeys frequently visiting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to Carrefour and Lake Victoria, which is beautiful. The food served in the restaurant was delicious. Especially the Combination and Rolex, and reasonably priced, too. Sitting outside listening to nature was very relaxing. We stayed here before and after our tour and really enjoyed it. We would love to return to Uganda. It's such a beautiful country with really lovely people. Thank you, Uganda, for an amazing time.

Nice staff, great restaurant and bar, great location and many facilities (swimming pool, table tennis, games and other things you can organise with the hotel).

Breakfast is always delicious, the new pool is a nice addition. Seeing monkeys, birds and other wildlife is a lovely plus. It's a quiet place, and always feels refreshing.

I'm in Uganda at least twice a year and whenever I travel with either KLM or SN Brussels, my flight doesn't land until late in the evening. Because of this, I prefer staying in a hotel for the night in Entebbe and get picked up by one of my relatives the next morning. ViaVia is the perfect accommodation for such short stays near the airport. It is convenient, well located and value for money. I must also commend the very friendly staff who made me feel very comfortable. A special mention to Maggie/Margaret at reception and Maverick who picked me up from the airport. I'm already looking forward to my next stay! :)

This location is perfect for an airport stay. The hotel organises a shuttle at a reasonable price. The food is excellent.

The customer care was good, people were friendly. When I reported that water being cold in the showers,they repaired it immediately. Only one small problem with the pick-up from airport. The Driver who was sent to pick me up, claimed all passengers had left so he left en went back without me. Yet I was still inside buying asimcard.that was a it disappointing.

Very nice bar/restaurant area with fantastic views and abundant bird life (and monkeys) combined with excellent food and drinks. Also swimming pool in scenic location and large indoor games room. Balcony outside the room made the most of the location and views. Room was well appointed and had a distinctly African feel. Staff were very helpful and flexible over our check-in and check-out arrangements including arranging transport to the airport.
