Staff were lovely, room was spacious, bed very comfortable(firm), nice modern bathroom, lovely shampoo, shower gel and body cream available. Beautiful interiors and gorgeous Christmas decor. Breakfast was very good, delicious pastries, cheese, cereal etc and a menu for made to order hot breakfast. Had dinner at hotel restaurant and was overall very good. We actually were married here 8 years ago and it's been completely revamped since.

Odd stay . New year eve so was expecting some atmosphere and a little extra sparkle from the staff. Can't complain the food was great and the place warm and comfortable. Unfortunately our neighbours decided to have their own party which continued till 5 am . The night porter was unreachable . The place was dead downstairs but we had to share our corridor with banging and noise and music . We left at 6.45 . No sleep .
