We had an issue regarding our half board booking when we ate in the restaurant. This was raised when we checked out but was resolved by the manager in a very reasonable way.

The Lobby, Skiroom and the Restaurant where very nice. There was enough parkingspace and the personal was helpful and friendly. The room was good heated. It was not far from the village when you are in good shape.

The staff were fantastic, very welcoming, professional, and information. They were happy to help with anything. On site parking and storage and drying facilities for winter gear were great. Room featured everything required and the included balcony was a nice surprise.

Nice location. Close to the train station and the Titlis cable car station. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Nice hotel for a short stay.

Breakfast room view and food presentation balanced an initial tiny room more suited to older children. A change of room was provided when door lock jammed which was appreciated as well as some comp refreshments while waiting for the issue to be sorted.
