As the saying goes you get what you pay for, and if I wanted 5 star accommodation then I would be expected to pay for it. The room was very comfortable and fairly quiet considering that the property is on a fairly busy road, however, the creaking floors were a bit of a problem for me, being a very light sleeper. The shower/toilet was excellent. The only problem was that the expected hair drier didn't appear.

I stay here quite regularly and it’s always great, nice and clean, hassle free and a breakfast ready to go each morning. Great room service, lovely clean bathrooms, I highly recommend this place for a stay in London. Also very close to the train station and on a main bus route. Thanks guys and see you again next year.

I chose this property because it was so close to my early morning meeting the next day. I did not know some rooms were not ensuite, but I could change my room to an ensuite one easily on the phone. There is no physical reception at the building, but a number to phone for any problems, and all instructions and information are clear for the check-in and checking out. There is a small free parking space behind the building, which was so handy for my short stay. The room has a microwave, which was good for me to make my own ready meal that night 😀 Milk a juice in the fridge . Continental breakfast in the room was very helpful for my early start.

location was good for where i was working. i didn't get to experience breakfast, it said in the email it was monday - friday only , i arrived on saturday.. eventhough it said it was included when i paid for it. i liked that i could park on the drive.
