The fine print
The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily.Kindly note the accommodation is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.Guests under the age of 18 has to be accompanied by an adult.Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout this property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 100 in cleaning costs.Guests that wish to pay for their reservation in cash are required to pay a GBP 100 deposit on arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Didn't know breakfast was available in the hotel. Some lovely restaurants and cafes on your doorstep

Comfortable tho I struggled to work the shower . Individual shower and hand gel would have been welcome . But very nice and helpful staff and location. was excellent for this visit ( attending a Funeral )

Very good hospitality and amazing staff. The hotel is close to the convenient shops and ATMS available. The facilities were very good, there was hot water and we were provided with coffee, tea and milk which was very convenient.

Staff and cleaning was excellent we booked cosy room found them to small comfy bed they are at top of house so many stairs to climb thought it was expensive with no breakfast being served we spent week there as visiting relatives we paid 553 pounds for this

Overall, we had a nice stay at Holtwhites Hotel, and we found; Staff friendly and accommodating to needs. Location was perfect for visiting family. Lots of restaurants nearby. And free parking onsite.

Really friendly and professional staff. Shoutout to Andrew and Fran. The location is perfect for Enfield with lots of stuff nearby including three great pubs and and amazing bakery.
