When I seen the word "Estate" I expected class and elegance but our room was nothing of the sort. Very standard and dreary. Dust on every surface, chipped sink in the bathroom with peeling paint. Shower and bath very grubby. Rooms really need an updating and for it to be a "deluxe double" was comical. The core of the hotel is beautiful don't get me wrong,the food was lovely but very limited selection except at breakfast. Great spread. The staff could not be more pleasant, very welcoming and polite. Decent hotel but I just expected more as I said from an Estate

The dining experience was fantastic. Staff helpful and attentive. Food great, drink great. Best pillow I have ever had in a hotel. Please send samples to other hotels. Toiletries lovely, again send samples to other hotels. Grooming kit, lovely touch, hardly ever see them these days!

Food and drinks were lovely. The staff were so nice and friendly. swimming pool good the steam room wasn’t that good not hot. Sauna was brilliant.

The staff, the food, how attentive the staff were. Nothing was an issue! The walks around the grounds were beautiful. The beds were so comfortable.

Gorgeous building, great facilities, good staff, nice bedroom and bathroom decore, fantastic food at the Fire & Salt Restaurant.
