Location, facilities and especially the quality of food that they serve. The staff is also very co operative. Please book the parking slot well in advance if you are coming by car. Many tourist spots are nearby

24 hour reception was an added bonus. The location was quite nice, it was only a 10 minute bus ride away from Andorra la Vella - which was the city center. The food there was excellent and had a very good value for money, and the shopping was lovely.

Great location - 3 minutes walking to the National Automobile Museum which was the main reason we stayed in Encamp. The staff was friendly. The room was big and spacious.

Good location in the very center of Encamp, the funibus stop just across the street. Breakfast is on but not very varied.

Nice Location at the edge of the river. Overhaul Good , Only thing Was cleaning was not been done properly, We have to Ask for cleaning. Staff was very good Specially the Guy on the reception, He was very helpful.

Well organised late check in. Good and clean sheets. Parking was full, so we left the car in the public parking 2 mins walk. Was gone for us
