Dishwasher and a good kitchen. Breakfast was very good, and pool and gym very nice. Nice apartment clean and proper. Excellent service when waste mill collapsed. Changed after 15 minutes!

Very limited choices. Repetition of the menu every day can be incredibly boring for a person who’s staying for 4-5 days or more!

The facility was very nice….nicer than expected! A great value for the money. The lobby staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service particularly Arlisa. The continental breakfast was also very good and that area was very clean as well.

Location for Amtrak to Chicago. The Emery go Round bus stops nearby and provides free transport to BART at McCarthur to take you into downtown San Franciscico and SFO. Some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast at hotel adequate.

Great location with easy access to East Bay and SF freeways. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and a fitness room that we used. And the free breakfast is much better than usual-fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, good yogurt and juices

Spacious comfortable rooms more like a 5 star than 3. Very close to a lovely shopping street cafes and restaurants. Small but convenient gym. Would stay there again for long stays.

Breakfast was nice and included in price delighted we got a refund for the first night as we missed a flight and arrived the next day instead. This was GREAT customer service. So 10/10 from us.
