Service of the hotel staff is excellent. We left our backpack behind after taking photos in the lobby. They went an extra mile to go through their CCTV in order to identify us and they called to inform us they have our backpack. We really appreciate their help. The hot spring is very nice as well.

Very spacious rooms. The hotel is set back from the main road and so is very peaceful. The staff were very kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the local attractions at Emei Shan. The outdoor hot pool is really a delight, giving the hotel a sense of luxury beyond what we paid.

Great staff, they were very helpful and communicative. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it was freshly made. The rooms are very clean and spacious with private hot bath outside.

Staying in traditional Style buildings adds a authentic charm to your stay. Rooms were comfortable and outdoor hot spring. The gardens were beautifully kept and many ikebana artfully placed. Buffet breakfast delicious. Staff friendly and super helpful.

Very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, still close to the train station and all the sights. The onzen made the stay very special.

Beautiful place built in the style of a traditional Chinese courtyard building. Great attention to detail: beautiful garden and hot spring pool, nice lounge nices to retreat, beautiful breakfast room and generous buffet.

Beautiful rooms in the mountains. Very close to train station and food street. Very peaceful and we loved relaxing in the hot spring at the end of the day. The staff were very helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We extended our stay by one night and would have stayed longer if it wasn't fully booked!
