Room was not ready. Had to go to a building next door to main hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

We booked for Feb 28th but confirmation showed Feb 27th. We were not able to cancel the 27th so we paid twice for one night. We were told by La Quinta to deal with Booking.com and were told by Booking.com to deal with LA Quinta. We would like a credit from someone as we were not responsible for the error. Can you please work this out.

The staff was very helpful. I left a package in the room and Kaylen phoned me. We were already on the road and I didn’t check my messages till later, so didn’t find out that I left my package until we were 3 driving hours away. Kalen organized to have my package shipped home to me. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that Kalen was able to do all this.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The hotel was very clean, there was a good choice at breakfast and there was plenty of space to sit and eat. Plenty of parking and the hotel is in a good location.

Lovely hotel where we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also appreciated and it did have slight changes each day which is welcome. There's a good Mexican restaurant nearby and a large supermarket next door. Short walk to the excellent railway museum where you can take a ride on a heritage train.
