Less than 10 minutes’ walk from Ely Cathedral, The Nyton offers well-appointed accommodation alongside a high-quality restaurant. There is free parking and Wi-Fi at this guest house, which is 30 minutes’ drive north of Cambridge.

The Garden Restaurant serves traditional English food made using fresh, local produce, along with an extensive wine list. Drinks can be enjoyed in the oak-panelled bar which overlooks the gardens.
As well as the cathedral, local historic attractions include Oliver Cromwell’s House and the Ely Museum, both within 10 minutes’ walk. Bury St Edmunds, Peterborough and King’s Lynn are all within 35-45 minutes’ drive.

Quaint old house with character and eloquent surroundings, and not a great distance from the city centre. The room was comfortable and with efficient heating. Breakfast was good.

This was very competitively priced for New Year’s Eve. The room was comfortable and clean with a lovely garden view. The cooked breakfast included in the price was delicious and freshly cooked to order. It was a short walk in to Ely city centre from the hotel.

The guest house has a nice old-fashioned feeling to it. The shared lounge area and breakfast room were nice bonus features. Listed in both sections: mixed feelings about the staff - the owner is not friendly, but the general housekeeper/cook (Jose) was very friendly and helpful.
