Everyone was friendly and helpful. Although the room was basic it was comfortable and clean.

Very good price. Parking available and about 30 minute walk from the centre. Facilities were little dated and room was small but we stayed to go to a football match at St James Park. Staff were friendly. Bar there with a decent atmosphere. Good location for a night out, gig or watching the football if you just need somewhere to leave your stuff and a bed.

Clean and comfortable. Only around 20 mins walk into town. There was a public bar area by reception tho I didn’t have time to check it out but it looked quite decent

Excellent location, clean comfortable room with an ensuite shower, toilet and washbasin, and friendly staff. This was my second stay. The hotel also has a very well stocked bar .

Excellent hotel staff left my purse behind and contacted and arranged collection fast with no hassle. Also let me borrow his charger which was a life saver lol!

Clean, cosy hotel. It was really warm on these cold days. There is a bar, tv where I watched some football games, and more extra space, and things to do. In my room, I there was a good smart tv with many channels. Happy after, not a good experience that I had in another hotel in this area.

Arrived a bit earlier than check in but wasn’t a problem the guy who runs hotel was very friendly check us straight in. Did have to pay for parking I did read this after I read a reviews so please take note only £5 not bad for of street parking could of park on street near by but for pease of mind worth paying hotel was pleasant worth what we pay considering most hotel in Newcastle were double the price only 6.10 for taxi into town same back to hotel hotel was clean and warm

the price was great, it was well connected to the airport even at night, only took 10min by bus to the city center, it was a pretty cute building with a garden, the room was comfortable… I would recommend staying here
