Room is a 10 out of 10 We had a new room (maisonetta ) and for a family room this is one of the best rooms we ever had. 2 proper rooms separate on 2 levels with 2 balcony's and 2 bathrooms New comfortable beds, when I saw the beds and realised there was no double bed, but 4 single beds I did ask the receptionist and they add a topper and make the beds steady so we got the double bed and that was great Clean room, good shower, good internet View is fantastic

We had a room upgrade which was super. The maisonette was superb, the views amazing, swimming pools-water park nice for the kids (and adults). Food was good. Polite stuff. Every day cleaning service doing a (swift) intervention.

The facilities at the resort are excellent for families. Great pools and slides, and then plenty of extra activities organised each day as well as the play area. Also very close to Elounda which has great restaurants.
