The whole place was fantastic. All the rooms, wether the bedrooms or the living and dining rooms are very special and interesting, full of antiques. Where as the garden, set in 8 acres, are beautifully kept with manicured lawns and interesting wooded areas. The breakfast was great, in keeping with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend and we will go back again.

This is a wonderful property situated 40 minutes from downtown Halifax. Honestly, you feel like you're staying in a stately home. Beautifully furnished within an 8 acre stunning garden. We would have loved to stay longer, but itinerary was tight on time. A real gem.

Beautiful house set in acres of gardens. Unfortunately we didn't get to explore as only there for one night. Close to a very good restaurant as well

It was an exceptional property with all amenities and even some luxuries taken care of. The lovely sit out areas and common spaces created a luxurious space for the guests. The host, Con, was gracious and helpful and made the stay a breeze.
