At the time, there was no running water in Elmina in general but owner and staff were very helpful by supplying water in buckets

The property is right by the beach and offers meals that have to be pre-ordered. Located in Elmina, 10 min by foot from the main road connecting Cape Coast and Takoradi.

Friendly staff and very helpful (just confirm all taxi costs before allowing them to arrange transport for you). The hotel is great in the way it helps local children develop dance and musical skills. Very convenient for the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the castle.Good value for money.

Akomapa is an affordable option in thep neighbourhood. The rooms have the essential amenities. There is a lovely terrace where you get breakfast. Friendly staff!
