People, location, ambience. Tuk Tuk ride with the property owner with some amazing songs at 12.00 am was a treat.

loved this place, host is fantastic and takes pride in making sure everything is good for guests. Room was wonderful with a great view . breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented . a little out of town but no issue with a Tuk tuk . stairs out to roof terrace were in need of repair and elderly guests may struggle with how narrow and steep they are up to the rooms .

Lovely accommodation, uniquely in a tree house. Breakfast was amazing and Thilan was a very welcoming host. Location was a little bit tucked away about 10 min drive from the town but Thilan was always able to get a Tuk Tuk driver to pick you up. Although not a problem for us, quite a few geckos running around!

An actual tree house! Quirky, hidden in the hills and an all round hidden gem The tree house is fabulous, the food is great, the staff are so friendly. If you get a nice morning it there's a balcony to watch sunset. We loved the spiral stairs down to your private bathroom, the stay had everything you require. We were picked up from the main road by tuk tuk as it is quite hard to reach for some cars. Thilan messaged us prior to our stay and answered any questions we had. We will be back. Highly recommend

Maybe our best hotel experience in Sri Lanka. The owner is overly kind and helpful. The cabanas are really nice and the wildlife omnipresent.

Couldn’t wish for a better experience at the treehouse. The guys running it are the best! Beautiful breakfast and food, made extra spicy on our request! Also incredibly helpful with tuktuk pick ups and helping arranging our safari and further journey. A truly beautiful location among the wildlife - cannot recommend it enough! Such good value 🩷

The one-of-a-kind homemade treehouse was fully equipped and offered a stunning view. Our host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. We also highly recommend booking the breakfast—it was the best we’ve had so far!
