-very comfortable bed -good location off Main Street -very kind staff who did our laundry and told us about Ella and what to do there -good spacious room -warm water in the shower -WiFi didn’t work the first day, worked perfect the second day, and didn’t work at all the third day, so a little inconsistent -no air conditioning but to be honest you don’t need it. You only need it after walking up the big hill to get to the place and you’re sweating. After a few minutes the fan cools you down and you’re fine.

The hospitality of the owner and his wife was truly wonderful. They helped me plan my day, checked in on me often, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Most of all, when I was having trouble figuring out transportation, the owner kindly drove me to another town himself, which was a huge help.

Great location - just a few minutes away from the main street. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Great views from the room. Checking in went very smoothly.

Great place and great value for money. Family room had a bonus of an extra bathroom, which was really convenient. Very clean, comfy beds, very close to town centre, although some may find the shortcut to the main road a bit difficult, as the property s located on a stip hill. For us it was absolutely fine though. No AC in rooms, but in Ella you don't really need one as it is cool enough during the nights, at least in my opinion. Great outdoor space. Overall, we've had a great stay and would definitely come back.i

Location is superb. There are hidden stairs next to the Bank of Ceylon on the main street which lead you to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. The hostess is extremely friendly. Very large room with refrigerator.

There were fantastic views and it nice to sit on the verandas with a cool breeze after an active day. It was lovely to be up high but there was a very steep walk to get up to the hotel.
