This place is in a really good location - just on the way to Adam’s peak and a little bit more far away from the main street touristy madness (but easily accessible from there by tuktuk). Everything is really comfortable and well thought through. And the best thing about this place is staff - super helpful, quick and just nice people.

Fabulous location, at the corner of the way towards Little Adams Peak. Despite the fact it is on the main street, we could not hear it with closed windows. We had a family room, kids had a bunk bed, which was good. We had really nice breakfast. The only missing thing would be maybe a white voile / curtain to not to allow people to see inside when the dark curtain is not closed. Thanks for everything!

Great location 15 min walk to 9 Arches Bridge and at the start of the Little Adams peak track Rooms have beautiful views across the valley. and the breakfast is exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend The Chillout Ella.

We had such a lovely stay for 2 nights at the chill out. We had breakfast overlooking Ella rock every morning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is right on the little Adams peak trail which helps with the early start to make it for sunrise and in close proximity to nine arches bridge also. Would def recommend :)

perfect setting overlooking hills although a little out of town Staff served us breakfast on our patio which was a lovely end to our stay

Beautiful big, very clean well set out room. Large sitting area outside the room overlooking beautiful view. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. The location was fantastic with small restaurants etc 2 min walk. Main Street Ella around 10 minutes walk. Hotel is on the track to little Adams peak, Ravana club and short cut walk to 9 arches bridge which did mean it got noisy quite early with tuks etc. The tuks at the hotel entrance where helpful, no hassling at all. Highly recommend this place to stay.

All as described. Nice spacious room. It is located near a busy road close to the Little Adams peak trail and Nine Arches bridge trail but a bit far from the area with lots of restaurants and shops
