Nice room, everything was clean and the wifi worked well. Unfortunately it was on the ground floor, where the view was not great. The balcony was actually a corridor from which you could access the rooms upstairs. The breakfast was delicious. The location is good because it is not so close to the city center that it would be disturbing, but it is reachable by a short walk. It is also a good starting point for excursions. (Ninearch Bridge, Little Adam's Peak)

During our tour around Sri Lanka, we stayed at The Blue View Ella, and it was an unforgettable experience. The host and the entire staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The host stood out with his exceptional hospitality, always ensuring that the guests' needs were met. He personally took us on various excursions, giving us the opportunity to explore the local attractions and culture more deeply. He is a friendly, trustworthy, and dedicated person, and I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for accommodation in Ella.

The beds were large and comfortable. The room was large with views of the jungle, with a large private balcony. They have a great hot shower which is always a plus. The staff were lovely. Always happy to help. A 3 minute walk from the station and 3 mins into town. Great choice of restaurants in Ella.

The location was great; we got the train from Kandy and walked from the train station when we arrived in Ella with our heavy backpacks, skipping the queue for the TukTuks. The blue view was harder to find as google map was telling us to go down a road that looked private, but friendly local business helped point us in the right direction. When we were very impressed with the room as it was much larger than expected and it had a mini fridge which was the highlight for us. Hosts were very friendly and helpful too, we got laundry done here, which was great and affordable. We also booked a taxi through the hosts and visited Diyaluma waterfall on the way to our next location which we would recommend

Blue View Ella is a very decent homestay in Ella, Sri Lanka. Although located just about 400 meters from the railway station, and 300 meters from Ella's main market, this property is very quiet and peaceful. The manager, Mr. Niroshan is a cheerful and helpful person who is always willing to walk the extra mile just to keep the guests happy. The four rooms in the property are all relatively new and fresh. The beds are comfortable and a small table with two chairs is provided. The bathrooms are big and clean. As the water heater is centrally located, guests are advised to run the shower for a few minutes before getting the hot water to flow. The sumptuous freshly-cooked breakfast provided by the property is really something to rave about. A healthy and nutritious lunch and dinner can also be served on a one-hour notice.

The hotel was very close to the train station and the city center. Basic and clean accommodation. They were also very kind to prepare us a breakfast box early morning.

The place was decent with comfortable modern room and bathroom with hot water facility. Location very convenient as it is close to the railway station.
