Clean, newly renovated room with no mould or damp smell. Comfortable mattress, hot shower and well located (you can walk along the train line into town in 5 mins by night). The owners are super friendly and also offer a tuktuk service for reasonable prices. Breakfast is substantial and tasty.

Clean and very large room with a small fridge, a big terrace with great views on Ella Rock. The family was super welcoming and friendly. Location is great - away from the busy main street but super close via the shortcut along the train tracks.

Great hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the center and with amazing views. The owner and his family are kind and friendly, making the stay more than pleasant. Additionally, the owner has a tuk-tuk, so we took a tour around Ella. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay, friendly staff, great location near the track. There was an excellent view of Ella Rock, and cool breezes each morning. it was quick walk to the downtown without dealing with the crowds. Tuktuk rides are also easily arranged.

The most beautiful place we stayed in the whole Sri Lanka. The room smelled fresh and clean. The only place with hot water in the shower. Very friendly and kind owner, he made sure we felt comfortable and took care of us. Delicious breakfast! Highly recommend to everyone who visits Ella. Good price for high standards.

The property is owned by a very nice and kind family, we had a great time there! The room was spacious and very clean, the front shared porch was a great view over the mountain and the railway, lots of birds and cute chipmunks, the breakfast was huge and tasty and it is located in a relatively quiet area compares to the center of Ella. Sometimes you can hear music in the distance, but nothing too loud. They also provide laundry service and scooter rental at decent prices.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. From the view of the train tracks, to the spotless clean rooms which were modern but still with comforting style. Location is situated a 3 min walk from the town via the train tracks (which is very safe to walk on you just need a torch light at night). It’s far enough away from Ella Town to be peaceful and serene while you can still walk to all the main sites like Ella Rock, Nine Arches and Little Adam’s Peak. 5 mins away from Ella Station. Service was incredible, very attentive and ensuring we had fresh towels, quick with laundry service and did breakfast at a time convenient to us. We were so happy with everything and felt very looked after so extended our stay!
