Incredible location, beautiful views and a short walk into town Dhana was extremely helpful and welcoming The room was clean with everything we could need including a fridge and mosquito net

THE were breathtaking, the room was huge and had everything you wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they ordered us food as we arrived late after a long day travelling and helped bump start our TukTuk in the morning as it didn’t like the rain. Highly recommend a stay here, far enough out of the town to feel peaceful, close enough to hop in a TukTuk (which they will arrange for you) and be in amongst it in 10mins. Breakfast is also delicious, and topped off with the view.

I loved my stay here. The staff are so friendly and attentive and went out their way to help me with tours etc. The views are amazing as well as the breakfast they serve. I would highly recommend staying here as so peaceful being away from the centre of Ella which is super busy whilst only being a 10 minute walk into town.

I loved having floor to ceiling glass door and wall, directly looking at sunrise. This is probably the only place that I have ever stayed in where I could watch sunrise in bed. And that view! I could never get tired of it. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean.

We loved our stay here! The view was so beautiful, and the hotel is only a short walk to town down the train line. A great base to explore Ella and surrounding hikes! Staff are so lovely and helpful, breakfast was also great :) they even packed us some food to take with us for our early train one morning.

We loved our stay at Paraiso, Dhana was a wonderful host and so responsive - giving us directions to the sights, calling tuk tuks, arranging for our washing to be done and sorting our onward transport for us. Our room was comfy with all we needed and the view was exceptional. Breakfast was great! Great value for money, wonderful stay - highly recommend.

I could stay only one night, as I was planning quite last minute, but I wish I could stay longer! Everything was perfect! Beautiful location and view, very clean, sober and modern design, the hotel personnel and Dhana are incredibly kind and helpful! I ordered some food for dinner, it was delicious.

very nice, close to the city centre, 10 min walk to the centre, very kind and helpful host. the breakfast was also very nice. and the view from our room was stunning. the host even cleaned the windshield of our tuktuk 😉 10/10 recommend
