We liked the room and the terrace in front of it,where you can just chill, read a book or watch squirrels playing around. The host and his family was super nice.

A lovely stay here!! Couldn’t fault the place at all, lovely hosts, lovely breakfast, lovely room! Just bear in mind this is up a fairly steep hill but nothing too unmanageable

Spacious room, comfy bed mosquito net, strong warm shower. The breakfast provided was amazing eggs toast coffee and fruit. Highly recommend

Nice, quiet guesthouse located a short walk from the centre. The family was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and had pleasantly hot water. Breakfast was lovely and included in our price selection.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes to get to the main road with plenty stores and restaurants. We rented a scooter at the homestay to go around, but you can also reach many places by walking. The owner and is family are very kind and helpful and also organized a driver for us to get to Arugam Bay for a reasonable price. The breakfast is extraordinary!

Very good breakfast included in the already low price, it was three minutes from all the restaurants. When we were leaving the owner booked us seats in the bus and helped us with it.

Nice house, located with a direct view of Ella rock, but have to climb uphill a bit. Family was very nice and obliging, we had issues with a few of the appliances at first but they repaired them as soon as we asked. Wifi also decent. Breakfast was good and wholesome. They also helped us book our bus tickets to Galle, and gave other tips to get around Ella. All in all, it was a good stay, recommended 👍🏽
