Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality I had an amazing stay at City Grand Hotel in Ella. The location is perfect just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was a delightful mix of Sri Lankan and Western options, which I truly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and ideal location.

The room is comfortable and cleanliness is satisfactory. The manager and the staff is courteous and helpful. Location is very good and right in the center of the town. Very close to the Railway station, public Transport, and all the attractions. It's a budget hotel with all the luxuries offered by a 3 star hotel. Please choose this hotel without fear and you will be guaranteed super satisfaction.

It was a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
