We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the view from the terrace a lot. Perfect for the sunrise or to spend a lazy afternoon. You can see the train to and from Kithalella (not 9 arch bridge). Staff is absolutely friendly and helpful and we got a great fruit packet lunch at 6 am as we had to leave before breakfast. Some improvements can be made in the rooms and they are not totally soundproof (we woke up when someone comes home late in the night). And still we enjoyed our stay a lot! Only 5 minutes to city center by foot but without the noise of Ella. View from the beds are stunning! Lovely paintings in the room and bathroom.

The view from the room was stunning, pointing directly to Ella Rock - great experience and the staff did really great ✨ very willing to help and organise everything needed. Good location close to the city centre. The rooms are rather basic.

Everything was good. The staff was helpful with luggage handling. The rooms have a pretty nice view. Nice cosy wheather to enjoy. Very close to the city center. Breakfast was also very filling and tasty.

It was brilliant. The location is fantastic with great views of Ella Rock from all balconies. Great value for money and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
